This will be a crucial year for ski mountaineering, with the first Olympic event in its history, the Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne. A first step in an Olympic future that we hope will bring the appropriate honors to our champions.

We’re still savoring the world championship titles and the fantastic victory by Robert Antonioli in the last World Cup, but the Italian national ski mountaineering team and Karpos are already ready for the challenges of the next season:

Our challenge to provide our athletes with the highest-performance apparel in the world began back in 2013 and has brought us enormous satisfaction, as well as a great technological advantage. But this year for the first time we have the opportunity to present our dream in blue to all ski mountaineering enthusiasts: we’re offering a preview of a selection of garments that we normally supply only to the athletes on the national team for their races.

But comfort and safety must always accompany you on your outings, always! Weather is a factor that we cannot condition at will, but we can manage it in the best way with the correct garments. For this we have created the SURVIVAL KIT: a selection of technical products to always have in your backpack to protect you from wind and sudden changes in temperature.
