CYCLE TO SUMMIT
A bike to ski adventure across Lofoten Islands
Extending over 260 kilometers, with fjords jutting inward from the Norwegian Sea, the Lofoten Islands are the favorite archipelago of ski touring enthusiasts.
In the winter of 2025, Giulio, Francesco, and Alessandro set off for the paradise of the far north to chase the Northern Lights and be the first to leave their mark on the couloirs that offer endless routes for exploration.
To travel self-sufficiently from Svolvaer to Å, the three companions rely on cargo bikes, dozens of kilograms of gear each, and their survival instinct.
Their eight-day, 130-kilometer adventure soon turns into a journey that tests their limits in extreme conditions and allows them to discover the essence of mutual support in times of difficulty.
How far can we go to experience winter to the fullest?
