In January 2026, the integrated management system (IMS) adopted by the MVC group was certified by the international body TÜV SÜD Italia.

The certificate was issued following a series of internal audits, launched in 2023, which recognized the group's compliance with organizational standards and processes in the areas of environmental protection (ISO 14001 certification), quality (ISO 9001), and occupational safety (ISO 45001).

The MVC group has thus become the first holding company in the outdoor sector based in Italy to certify its IMS under the regulatory plan, thereby improving the efficiency and sustainability of its business processes.

In the coming years, the MVC group and Karpos will commit to involving all partners in the supply chain, sales network, and all technical and commercial partners in this process.
