Due to our recent e-commerce platform upgrade, the previous account area has been retired, and past order history is no longer directly visible. If you need to start a warranty claim, please retrieve your Order Number and Item Code from your original order confirmation email. Providing these details will help our team process your request much faster. If you no longer have access to that email, don't worry— Contact our Customer Support, and we will do our best to assist you.

Our warranty is valid for two years from the date of receipt of the product. For warranty claims regarding items purchased on www.karpos-outdoor.com, please contact our Customer Service via the following form, selecting "Warranty Request" as the reason for contact.

We kindly ask you to attach at least 3 clear photos of the defect found: this will provide our Returns Department with all the necessary elements to accurately evaluate your case. For warranty claims on products purchased from an authorized retailer, we recommend contacting the dealer directly, as they will inspect the item and manage your claim. The warranty is only valid for defects attributable to the manufacturing phase.

Therefore, warranty claims for accidental damage will not be considered. Should the defective garment be returned without prior consultation with our Customer Service and fail to meet our warranty conditions, the product will be sent back to the sender without a refund or replacement being issued.
