The shipping timelines indicated below are valid from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. Please note that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or inability to access the provided address may affect delivery times. Courier assignment is variable and cannot be determined in advance.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country. Shipment tracking will be available 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order dispatch email.

If, upon delivery, your Karpos package appears damaged, tampered with, or is missing items, it is essential that you report it to us immediately upon receipt. To allow us to initiate an investigation, please contact our Customer Service right away and provide clear photographic evidence showing:

• the state of the outer box from multiple angles.
• the carrier's shipping label clearly visible.
• the internal content of the package.

Important note: Without an immediate report and the requested photographic proof upon receipt, it will be extremely difficult for us to objectively verify the damage or shortage with the carrier. In such cases, we will unfortunately be unable to process your claim.

We only offer shipping and delivery services to the countries selectable on our website.

Furthermore, we cannot deliver to the following territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana and all French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), San Marino, Livigno, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Canary Islands, and Liechtenstein

The final order price includes VAT and any customs duties. No further costs will be charged to the customer after payment.
